Who is this girl?

I am a mom of teens, who quit her fancy job in high-tech and moved to an island to live in the woods.

I am a curious student of life, and I have a knack for understanding patterns and human nature.

I am the friend that everyone turns to for advice.

I am a recovering perfectionist, carving out a smaller life with more fulfillment while trying to make the world a better place.

I am a homeschooling mom, hacking education to give youth the skills they need to live in a complex, volatile, and uncertain world.

What does she do, exactly?

I coach individuals, companies, and families on how to live fuller, more productive, and happier lives.

I teach people how to get out of their own way and create the life they always dreamed of. This includes uncovering your patterns of stuckness, so you can make different choices.

I help people get perspective on tricky relationships so they can better understand where people are coming from and learn how to avoid drama.

How does she do it?

I work with small groups in person and online to create communities for growth and accountability to help you succeed.

I work with limited clients one-one-one for coaching through situations or to help them meet their goals.

Why do you do it?

The Enneagram literally changed the trajectory of my life. I am a better spouse, parent, and sister because of the work I’ve done. It helped me to step out of black-and-white thinking, and stop being so triggered by those around me. I firmly believe it is the most powerful tool for personal development if you know how to use it. Consider it a shortcut to uncovering unconscious beliefs and patterns of behavior or thinking.

I totally geek out on this stuff. I find this fascinating and would not rather do anything else than talk about personality, ego, essence, and unlocking human potential. I love to partner with people to shift their perspectives to get the results they want.
