Executive Coach

I help create dream teams by nurturing safe containers for growth so you can transcend the mental BS that is holding you back as a team.

I believe it is important to recognize the lineage of knowledge that I’ve been shaped by:

  • I am formally trained in Dan Siegel’s Interpersonal Neurobiology framework, Robert Kegan and Lisa Lehay’s Immunity to Change model, as well as Peter Senge and Mette Boell’s Compassionate Systems Framework.

  • I’ve learned how to administer a process to unlock your core gifts with Bruce Anderson at the Core Gift Institute and studied with the Strategizer team on the best practices of innovating as a team.

  • I also use the Enneagram personality system and have studied with some of the greatest Enneagram teachers of our time, including Russ Hudson, Ginger Lapid Bogda, Helen Palmer, David Daniels, Beatrice Chestnut, Tom Condon, and Dirk Cleote. I’ve received certifications through both the Integrative Enneagram and Ginger Lapid-Bogda's Enneagram in Business coaching programs.

I’ve come to believe that the Enneagram is a secret weapon that gives me x-ray vision into why people do the things they do. And this superpower means that I have shortcuts to help you unlock your potential in work, life, and relationships. And that is how you become the integrated leader you are destined to be.

MBA

In graduate school, I studied with leaders in entrepreneurship, leadership development, sustainability, and social justice and earned a degree in creating Sustainable Systems.

And this experience allows me to help you find your own path to building a business your way. I draw on my knowledge of the latest business strategy, customer development, and organizational development to help make sure your business has a strong foundation to build from. But when I work with entrepreneurs or executives, you can pick and choose what aligns with how you are wired to design your business to grow without causing burnout.

Hacking Education

In the process of homeschooling my teens, I’ve done extensive research on the neuroscience of learning and attachment theories. Through this experience, I developed a new curriculum to cultivate leaders of the future and nurture collaboration on teams.

I’ve translated that knowledge into my coaching and teaching programs so that you get clear and concise information in a way that is easy to digest and actionable. You will not have to connect the dots with me - I’ll help you figure out how to translate this wisdom into your everyday life so that you can use these shortcuts to build your dream life.

……

I believe that:

You are being called to evolve beyond your primitive, biological wiring into a more expanded and relaxed version of you. But you can’t do that if you are asleep to who you really are and can’t see the ways that you hold yourself back.

I’m not about:

Chasing the latest marketing tactics or trying to be someone you are not. Contrary to what people will tell you, you don’t have to have an Instagram selling strategy or know how to create professional videos in order to create a thriving business.

I’m here to support:

Anyone on a journey to become more fully themself. To me, black lives matter, science is king, and no one should go bankrupt because they get sick. I reserve space in each of my programs for scholarship recipients - including single-moms, people of color, or other marginalized groups. If you are interested in working with me but cannot afford my services, send me a note and we can work something out.

My design:

In the Enneagram system, my type is a self-preservation type 1 - The Reformer who can be a bit fretful. I am all about doing things with integrity and to the highest of standards. (You won’t see any sloppy work from me!) People experience me as warm and kind, but I am great at creating a container for accountability and making sure you make progress on the things that matter.

My Enneagram tritype is 152 - The Mentor. My idealism for the way things could be combines with a deep desire to help others. And my love of going deep and doing research allows me to pack a ton of wisdom into actionable bits that help you make progress quickly and avoid common mistakes.

In Human Design, I am a 3/5 Projector - which is aligned with a teacher and change maker.

You can find me:

Reading and taking a ton of notes. Hiking in the Pacific Northwest. Taking sunset boat rides in the Puget Sound. Knitting and sewing a simple wardrobe. Listening to all the podcasts as I take my pup, Scout, for a walk. I love cooking with whole foods. And there is nothing better than a peaceful kayak ride or watching the clouds over the sound off our deck (because the mountains aren’t reliably visible around here, but the clouds are!).
