My Why

The way we work has the power to change the world.

But the systems we’ve built often do the opposite - rewarding overwork, perfectionism, and control.

They leave people disconnected, exhausted, and doubting themselves.

I started this work because I believe we can do better - not through quick fixes or corporate jargon, but by returning to what makes us human: presence, curiosity, courage, and care.

When we bring those qualities into how we lead and collaborate, we change not only our organizations, but the systems we’re part of.

My Approach

I bring together 20 years of experience in business development and organizational design with deep training in coaching, neuroscience, and systems change.

My work is both practical and profound — helping leaders connect the dots between inner awareness, interpersonal dynamics, and systemic impact.

I’m trained in:

  • Interpersonal Neurobiology and Immunity to Change — for understanding how transformation happens.

  • The Enneagram — to decode team dynamics and unlock self-awareness.

  • Appreciative Inquiry and Theory U — for leading change that’s rooted in trust and emergence.

  • Feminist Coaching — to unlearn limiting narratives and step into authentic power.

I also bring a deep understanding of learning and development, informed by my experience researching neuroscience, attachment theory, and leadership development while homeschooling my teens. This has given me a unique perspective on how people learn, adapt, and thrive in complex environments.

Personal Note

I’m based in the Pacific Northwest, where I spend as much time as possible outdoors - hiking, kayaking, walking my pup (Scout), or watching the clouds drift across the Sound.

I’m endlessly curious, often reading three books at once, and constantly exploring new ways to make work feel more human.

I give it by helping them to let go and create space for the the thing they don't know to reveal itself; follow the rabbit hole of intellectual curiosity; and navigate the friction of relationships to build their capacity to experience abundance.
